The renters applied through the Virginia Renters Relief Program.


My tenant informed me of some requirements on my part. Those requirements are on the web site for anyone to see.

I provided a copy of the rental agreement, a W-9 and a rent payment ledger. My tenant is now paid up until September 15. I'm assuming that the tenant has been notified otherwise, I would have just told her that she is caught up. ; ) ; ) ; )
